Props to Toriyama for filling Dragon Ball with tons of "anthro" characters whose species is little more than visual flair if they aren't one of the story-significant species (Human, Saiyan, Namekian, etc)
Beerus and Champa are cats, but there's nothing about them being cats that's important or tells you anything about their personality (maybe aside from Beerus sleeping a lot)
Dyspo is a bunny and looks like Beerus and Champa, Champa even acknowledges this, but there's nothing important about any of it, and while you could make the connection that Dyspo is fast therefore being a rabbit fits, this IS Dragon Ball and making that connection is a pretty big stretch
Not to mention that the aliens/anthros/human-likes all look natural around each other, I feel like that's not unusual for a manga or cartoon but a lot of artists seem to struggle with it
